Anil Emmatty graduated from Bowling Green University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

After graduation, he moved to Virginia and started his career as a Program Specialist supporting individuals with developmental disabilities at the Pentagon. He spent the next seven years as a Job Coach, helping to locate employment and support individuals with disabilities. His hard work and dedication to individuals with disabilities was rewarded with a promotion to Program Manager, where he supervised a team of job coaches. In 2021, Anil decided to use his skills to place individuals with disabilities in competitive employment with DARS as a Placement Counselor. After his time at DARS, Anil wanted to focus his time working with students to develop employment skills and prepare them for competitive employment. Anil offers more than 25 years of experience with employment services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
