Byron is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in both classroom and administrative roles. Holding graduate degrees in learning disabilities and curriculum and instruction, he has worked across middle schools, high schools, community colleges, and adult education programs throughout Virginia.
Passionate about career readiness, Byron has built strong employer partnerships, coordinated job shadowing opportunities, and facilitated workplace visits to help students transition into the workforce. He focuses on building students’ confidence, self-advocacy, and practical skills to ensure their success.
Beyond education, Byron enjoys channeling his creativity into house flipping and renovations, bringing new life to forgotten homes.
