Courtney Donald
M.S, BCBA, LBA
Courtney Donald began his career in Quantico, Virginia, serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed leadership, training, and operational expertise. After completing his military service, he transitioned into the field of psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He earned his Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from City University of Seattle and later obtained a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. He continued his education by earning a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at George Mason University.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Courtney has worked in various settings, including public schools, private practice, and community-based behavioral health services. His work focuses on implementing trauma-informed practices within ABA, reducing aggressive and self-injurious behaviors, and fostering positive communication abilities in individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Passionate about creating supportive environments that promote learning and independence, Courtney enjoys mentoring professionals in the field and contributing to the advancement of behavior analysis through his involvement in professional organizations in and around the Northern Virginia area.
In his free time, Courtney enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and engaging in community outreach initiatives.
