Ryan Jeffery supported K-12 students with disabilities for more than 20 years. He has served as a Teacher, PBIS coach, Administrator, and Behavior Specialist for Elementary, Middle, and High School students in Public and Alternative Schools. He completed an Applied Behavior Analysis program at George Mason that helped him coach school teams in utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis for student success. After the COVID-19 pandemic, he noticed a spike in student anxiety and searched for tools to compliment Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. That search led him to Person-Centered Thinking. He noticed students were able to overcome transition challenges when teams integrated Positive Behavior Supports with Applied Behavior Analysis. He has committed himself to the work of serving people on their path to living positive, self-directed lives.
