Tammy brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Transition Coordinator for our pre-employment services program. With nearly four decades of experience running a successful business, she understands the value of hard work and attention to detail.

Tammy also has over 20 years of experience as an ASL/Eng Interpreter for various agencies, equipping her with exceptional communication skills to support individuals with diverse needs. Additionally, she has spent over two decades consulting with people with exceptional needs, providing guidance and support to help them navigate daily life and achieve their goals.

Outside of her professional life, Tammy enjoys staying active, gardening, spending time with friends, and going to the gym. Her diverse interests and dedication to personal well-being contribute to her well-rounded approach as a job coach.

With her extensive background and genuine compassion, Tammy will help lead our team to develop, train, and connect high schoolers and recent graduates with disabilities to integrated, meaningful, and sustainable job opportunities.
