Tara earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has pursued additional graduate level education opportunities. She has experience in a variety of fields including teaching, child care, financial services, higher education, and entrepreneurship. Her varied background gives her expertise in customer care with an attention to detail. She resides in the Richmond area, has two adult children and enjoys reading, boating, and travel.
